If your delivery is delayed or not received on the expected date, please contact us with your address so we can investigate the issue on [email protected] . For Royal Mail deliveries, we can raise a replacement order for you. In the event that an order remains missing 7 days from the advised delivery date, we would ask if  you able to sign and return a declaration form to help us claim back the delivery fee from the courier.
