What if my packaged loaves are squished or misshapen upon arrival?Updated 9 months ago


We apologize if your loaves arrive squished or misshapen. We strive to ensure that our bread is carefully packaged to arrive in excellent shape, but occasionally mishaps can occur during transit. We're currently working on improving our packaging, including plans to implement a shelving system soon. If your bread does not arrive in satisfactory condition, please send us a photo and we will resolve the issue promptly by sending out a replacement order.
