Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of our goods such as bread, bagels, and pizza bases, we are unable to accept returns. However, rest assured that if these items arrive in a less than satisfactory condition, such as mouldy or stale, we will send out a replacement order or process a refund for the affected items. There is no need to worry about any additional charges, as we cover the cost for any replacements.
